What using this site means, why a quote isn't a booking, and which agreement actually governs your job.
This site (jrvglobalservices.co) is run by JRV Global Services, 51, Jln S2 B18, Seremban 2, 70300 Negeri Sembilan. It introduces our three divisions — JRV Car Rental, JRV Systems and GS Crane — and lets you reach the right one by WhatsApp, phone or a job ticket. By using this site you accept these terms.
You may browse this site and use the job ticket form, WhatsApp buttons and phone links to enquire with a division. Please don't:
Nothing on this site — a page, a spec sheet, a rate shown, or a reply you get on WhatsApp, by phone or through the job ticket form — is itself a booking or a contract. It is the start of a conversation with a division.
A car rental, a system/ERP engagement, or a crane hire is only agreed once that division confirms it with you and, where it has one, under its own rental or hire agreement, terms of service, or written quotation. Each division's own agreement governs that job — these website terms only cover your use of this site.
We try to keep prices, specs and availability on this site correct and current, but a vehicle, a crane, or a system feature can change or become unavailable without the site being updated immediately. Always confirm current price and availability with the division before you rely on it.
JRV Car Rental and JRV Systems have their own websites (jrvservices.co and www.jrvsystems.app), linked from this site and from the footer. Once you follow one of those links you are on that division's own site, and its own terms apply there. GS Crane is presented on this site directly and does not have a separate website.
The JRV Global Services name and logo, and the text, photos and design of this site, belong to JRV Global Services or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for your own use, but you may not reproduce, redistribute or build another site from this site's content without asking us first: jrvservices.ai@gmail.com.
This site is provided as is. To the extent allowed by Malaysian law, JRV Global Services is not liable for loss arising from your use of this site, from a delay or fault in the site itself, or from a third-party service it links to (WhatsApp, Google Maps, our website host). This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect the separate terms of any rental or hire agreement a division makes with you.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute about this site falls under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
