01Who we are

This site is run by JRV Global Services, 51, Jln S2 B18, Seremban 2, 70300 Negeri Sembilan. It covers three divisions: JRV Car Rental, JRV Systems and GS Crane (GS Crane Enterprise, Lot 5715, Jalan Panchor Jaya Fasa 3, Taman Panchor Jaya, 70400 Seremban).

02What the job ticket form collects

When you send a job ticket we receive:

• the division you picked, and the crane type if it is GS Crane
• the date you need
• your name and phone number
• your company name and job details, if you add them
• the page you sent it from and the site language

We use this only to reply to you: a booking, a quote, or a question about the job. The ticket goes to the division you picked. It is recorded in our website host's server logs (Vercel) so that division can call or message you back.

We do not sell your details and we do not add you to a mailing list.

03WhatsApp and phone calls

The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with a short message already typed. Nothing is sent until you press send. Once you do, the division sees your WhatsApp number, name and messages. WhatsApp is run by Meta under its own privacy policy.

Phone buttons simply dial the division. We see your number, as with any call.

04Cookies and Google tags

Nothing that tracks you runs until you choose in the cookie banner. The options are:

• Necessary — your cookie choice itself, kept in your browser's local storage so the banner does not ask again. Always on.
• Analytics — Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) counts which pages people visit. Off unless you accept.
• Advertising — Google Ads measures which ads lead to a WhatsApp tap, a call or a job ticket. Off unless you accept.

We use Google Consent Mode. Before you choose, and if you reject, Google tags run in a restricted mode: no analytics or advertising cookies are set, and Google receives only cookieless signals such as the page and an ad click reference in the address bar.

If you accept advertising and then send a job ticket, your phone number is passed to Google in hashed (scrambled) form so Google Ads can match the enquiry to an ad click. This is Google's "enhanced conversions" feature. Reject advertising and this does not happen.

05Who else sees it

• the JRV division that handles your enquiry
• Vercel, which hosts this website
• Google, for analytics and advertising, only if you allow it
• Meta, if you contact us on WhatsApp

These providers may store data on servers outside Malaysia. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

06How long we keep it

Job tickets and enquiry messages are kept only for as long as we need them to handle your job and to meet our legal record-keeping duties, then deleted.

07Your rights under the PDPA 2010

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you can:

• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• ask us to correct it if it is wrong
• withdraw your consent, including your cookie choice, at any time
• tell us to stop contacting you

Email jrvservices.ai@gmail.com with your name and the phone number you used. The Act gives us 21 days to respond to a request for access.

Giving us your details is voluntary. Without a phone number, though, we cannot reply to a job ticket.
